About Justin Kane

Justin Kane is Head of People at Krieger Scientific, leading talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy. He founded NextBridge Search in 2012, spending two decades advising founders and leadership teams across life sciences and technology on hiring before joining Krieger to build a team from within. Outside of work, he coaches and referees hockey and lives in Connecticut with his wife, Cindy, and son, Eli.
